Starship Sydney NYE Cruise
A big, sleek glass ship that gets you right in among the fireworks barges.

Dinner cruises, glass boats and party catamarans that sit among the barges for both shows.
Midnight AEDT, Thursday 31 December 2026
Being on the water is the closest you can get to the fireworks barges. NYE cruises normally board in the late afternoon, include dinner and drinks, and stay out for both the 9pm and midnight displays. Boats take up positions in exclusion zones set by NSW Maritime, so the operator's licence and position matter.
